Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MontonSA. That’s why if something isn’t right, we want to help you. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy is outlined in detail below but you can always contact us with any additional order or product related questions or issues.
3 easy steps to follow
1) Check your item is returnable
The following items are non-returnable and Credit will not be issued. Read our full returns and exchange policy below.
- Products damaged after you have received them from MontonSA
- Products displaying signs of normal wear and tear
1) Choose an option for your return or exchange:

* Process your return on our website
- If you would like to return item(s), simply send us e-mail with your order number requesting return.
- Your e-mail to us should have the following: order number and reason for a return.
- Choose whether you would like to receive online store credit, exchange or a refund.
- We'll notify you via e-mail regarding your return or exchange once we've received and processed the returned item.
- 3) Pack and address your return items correctly
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- You can use the original Monton packet if your products were shipped this way or any postal envelope to ship your return.
- If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.
- Please use the return shipping documents and address contained in your order to ensure your return item(s) are received promptly. Be sure to include your order # number, name, address, phone number and the item you would like to return and mail it to the addresses below. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt to the original method of payment.

Monton returns & exchange policy
- If you’re not sure if a garment will fit then order two or three to check the size. We make it easy for you to try a few sizes and then return the ones that don’t fit for a store credit or full refund.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your Monton purchase you can return it for a store credit, refund, or exchange. We ask that all returned items be in perfect unused and undamaged condition, complete with tags attached, in original packaging and received by us within 90 days from date of purchase. Please include the original shipping note with the returned product(s). A full refund, equal value store credit or exchange will be issued for all returns meeting these requirements. Just let us know what you’d prefer and we will arrange.
- If in the unlikely event your Monton purchase is faulty when received or develops a manufacturer based defect within 90 days, please follow the return process steps. When we receive your item we will inspect the product and arrange a store credit, refund, replacement or repair for you. In the unlikely event that we decline a refund or exchange we’ll notify you why and return the product to you.
- Only Monton goods you have purchased on Montonsa.co.za are valid for a full refund, store credit, repair or exchange.
- We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, for example if you received an incorrect or defective item from us.
- Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our offices. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that go missing or get damaged during return transit.
- The shipping or items must be arranged by customer except when the return is a result of our error.
- Once we receive your returned items, we’ll send you an email informing you they have arrived safely at our offices. We will then inspect all returns within 2 business days to ensure they are in undamaged condition.
- If you have misplaced your shipping slip paperwork, please drop us an email and we'll email you one immediately.
